The Bra Tradition

Made from cow's milk in the province of Cuneo, Bra Soft is aged for just 45 days, allowing its gentle character to develop. The cheese takes its name from the town of Bra, where it was historically traded, though it's produced in the surrounding Alpine valleys where cattle graze on aromatic mountain herbs.
