At SaporEat, we take pride in offering carefully selected Italian food products. Due to the nature of our goods, not all items are eligible for return. Please read our policy below before making a purchase.


Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • Perishable food items (e.g. cheese, cured meats, pantry items)
  • Opened or used products
  • Items not in their original condition

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at customerservice@saporeat.co.uk with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund depending on the situation.


Returns for Non-Perishable Items

In the rare case you receive a non-perishable item that is eligible for return:

  • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unopened and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us immediately at customerservice@saporeat.co.uk Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
