About Us - Who We Are and What We Stand For
At SaporEat, food is not just food – it’s love, it’s memory, it’s family.
I grew up in Italy, where the kitchen was the heart of the home. The smell of fresh pasta, a slow-cooked sauce, the laughter around the table – those moments shaped who I am. When I moved to the UK nearly twenty years ago, I carried those traditions with me, holding on to them as a way to feel close to home.
Now, I’m passing that same passion on to my children. I want them to know that food is more than what’s on the plate – it’s about care, connection, and sharing joy with others. Every product I’ve chosen for SaporEat comes from that place of love. They’re real Italian flavours, crafted with tradition and honesty, so you can create those same warm moments at your own table.
There’s a saying we grew up with in Italy:
“A tavola non si invecchia mai” – At the table, you never grow old.
Because around the table, life feels fuller, lighter, and timeless. That’s the feeling I want to bring into your home.
But there’s another part of our journey that matters deeply to me: making sure no child goes without. As a parent, I know the importance of a good meal to start the day. That’s why SaporEat supports Magic Breakfast, a charity fighting food poverty and giving children across the UK the breakfasts they need to learn, grow, and simply be children. For me, this isn’t just a cause – it’s a responsibility. Every order you place helps us take a small step toward a brighter, fairer future for those children.
SaporEat is my way of sharing Italy with you, but also of teaching my kids – and reminding myself – that food has the power to connect, to comfort, and to change lives.
From my family to yours, thank you for being part of this journey.
