At SaporEat, we are committed to delivering authentic Italian flavours to your doorstep as smoothly and swiftly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for all the details.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship across the United Kingdom only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time
All our orders are dispatched on Wednesdays with 24hrs service and aimed to be delivered by thr next following days.
Weekly cut of is Sunday 9.00pm. All orders placed by this time will be scheduled for shipment for the following Wednesday. Orders placed after the cut off will be scheduled for delivery the following week.
Please note that during peak periods (holidays, promotional events), processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to supplier availability or courier delays.
Shipping Partners
We work with trusted courier partners and suppliers who dispatch your order directly from their warehouse. You may receive your order in multiple packages if you order items from different suppliers.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available). Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Missing or Delayed Deliveries
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact us at customerservice@saporeat.co.uk with your order number. We’ll investigate the issue and assist you promptly.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your items arrive damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on the issue.
